The shop isn't open yet. This is how returns will work once it opens.

Returns

You can return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What can't be returned

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.

How to start a return

Email us at customerservice@ice-and-grace.com with your order number and the pieces you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs aren't refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
